The Accusation

Ms. Allan brought has brought top court Mr. Lavant to court because she claims that Mr. Lavant is denying fathering her 6-month-old daughter. All this, just to keep their affair a secret and she wants to expose it. She mentions that Mr. Lavants girlfriend is the real reason why he isn’t “stepping up”. 

This should be a wake-up call for everyone who does not want to find themselves in these murky waters. Always use protection and stop trying to have so many partners, they are not pokemon, you’re not supposed to catch them all.

The Denial

Mr. Lavant adamantly denies being the father of the child in question and is willing to provide proof. He believes that she is trying to break up his happy home of wife and kids(3) because he is a good man and looks after his family.

This is so complicated

When asked exactly why did this affair sprout, his(Mr. Lavant’s) reply was that of most households which were in his words… “we were going through something(him and his girlfriend) and split up for one night”. That look on your face right now after reading that is absolutely valid.

During the court case, Ms. Allan reveals that they had a relationship in 2010 after being introduced by a mutual friend, however, it was just over the phone. So basically a long-distance relationship that spanned 5 years according to Ms. Allan.

Mr . Lavant denies these claims and says that they only spoke for one year. His girlfriend reveals that they met in 2013 and had a baby a year later. This timeline is truly chaotic, so we will provide a timeline at the bottom of this post so that it all starts adding up a bit.

Ms. Allan has proof that she and Mr. Lavant, were together before the birth of her daughter. It wasn’t any CCTV footage or voice recordings, it is a calendar of the exact date that she and Mr. Lavant engaged in coitus.

Of course, Mr. Lavant denies the accuracy of the calendar presented to the court because he states that Ms. Allan sent him a text of a doctor’s letter stating that she was pregnant on the 6th of January.

In this very heated topic, Mr. Lavants girlfriend exposes that Ms. Allan was also seeing another man who she was with a day before she was with Mr. Lavant.

The reveal

Ms. Lanier(Mr. Lavants girlfriend) states that her boyfriend confessed to her about an affair that had taken place and that the woman is pregnant. Their interaction dates back to 2014 when the couple’s first baby was born. Ms. Allan contacts Ms. Lanier via social media. In Ms. Laniers’ eyes, it is clearly a situation of being stalked.

The beautiful thing is that she is not blinded by the relationship and states that if the 6-month-old happens to be Mr. Lavants child, then there is no way their relationship can stand.

Enter Mr. Mitchel

Mr. Mitchel, who is one of the gentlemen who have been with Ms. Allan testifies that he had a physical relationship with her and that she never once even mentioned that she might be pregnant with his child. Just like Mr. Lavant, he also denies that he could be the father.

The Results
Turns out, that neither Mr. Mitchel and Mr. Lavant are the father. I’ve never seen anyone in my life look so excited to not be someone’s Dad, of course, there are others who do backflips but a solid “Yes” with arms raised and fists piercing the sky is a lot more effort… if you’ve ever been to a live performance you know how many times you get asked to put your hands in the air like you just don’t care. However, you do care because you’ve been sweating profusely from being cramped in with 1000’s other people.
